Flowers.
Flowers grow up, some healthy, some tainted
They depend on insects to grow up strong and correctly,
and need proper nutrients
You pick one, and it dies soon, drying up;
The next time you try better.
When you understand more about how to pick them, they last longer, last healthier, but eventually die.
You figure out how to pick them to last longer, keep it alive as long as possible, but even as you take the utmost care of it, the flower fades, and petals fall.
Eventually, you grow tired of the constant picking and dying.
Some take longer than others, but most get there;
Some are relentless in the never-ending dispute, though it gets them nothing better.
These people, matured with trial and error, move to take care of the entire plant.
The larger plant with good care causes many more healthy flowers,
all from actions.
